HUMANS

Kings still hold several Kingdoms to the west of the land of Ev'won, but they are lands in which Elven Magic is banned after centuries of war and hatred. Elves who do venture into human lands know that using their magic carries heavy penalties and some times death. Humans have proven a hardy and inventive folk, countering the magic of the elves by developing gunpowder. They survive through cooperation and rarely turn to violence against one another due to the constant threat of being overwhelmed by the Plagued.
